Filing A Claim With Pets Best Is ...
Filing a claim with Pets Best is so easy. If you are registered on line, the claim forms are filled out with the pets name and pertinent information. I fax my claim forms along with the Vet's receipt and diagnosis sheet. I have direct deposit. The customer care team & billing department keep me updated via e-mail as to the progress of processing my claim. So convenient. Thank you.

I am very pleased with my experience …
I am very pleased with my experience with Pet's Best insurance. They helped ease the financilal burden during a very painful time. We lost our sweet dog at 4 years old to cancer.
I highly recommend Pet's Best and will be sure to insure every pet that I own now and in the future.

Dino Is Normally A High-Energy Ca...
Dino is normally a high-energy cat who is constantly getting into mischief. When I found him hiding/sleeping for hours (and actually behaving himself), I knew something was very wrong. And of course, it happened on a weekend but luckily, I could take him to a 24-hour emergency animal hospital. He has since made a full recovery (misbehaving as usual) and I'm glad he is a pet insurance purr-ticipant.

I Am So Incredibly Grateful To Pe...
I am so incredibly grateful to Pets Best. I have had a very sick dog who has been struggling to get well. It is hard enough facing the possibility that you might loose your pet, but the financial burden is another component . Having this insurance has made a really difficult experience much easier. Thank You.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
