The Claim I Submitted Was For A V...

The claim I submitted was for a very unusual illness which I still do not fully understand (investigation is ongoing although the treatment to date has been successful), and I expected some problems with the claim. There were none at all, and the process could not have been easier. Dean, my 10 year-old DLH tabby, says "I might have only one eye, but I can tell a good deal when I see it!"

I am Appreciative That You Are There

I am appreciative that you are there to cover Remington who has addison's disease. He just recently has an episode because if it and I can't afford so many vet bills without Pets Best whom he has had for many years. Thank you for helping me with his medical expenses.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
