Had A Long Night At The 24Hr V…

had a long night at the 24hr vet with my dog after she injested something she should not have. I had a bill much larger than I had expected. I filed my claim with Pets Best and recieved a very fair and reasonable repayment very quickly. Would recommend Pets Best to anyone!

Claim Was Filed For A Dog Spay…

Claim was filed for a dog spay. Receipt also included a micro-chip implant that I initially forgot to claim. Before I had the chance to file another claim, however, Pets Best had already identified the micro-chip implant on the receipt and paid out the claim. Great job! Thank you!

Wellness Annual Visit

Although I had hoped for more of a reimbursement I am very well pleased about the fast response to my claim. I received my Wellness visit EOB and claim response within 12 hours of my submittance.

I had insurance for my previous pup …

I had insurance for my previous pup with one of the major companies. I paid faithfully for over 6 years. When he got sick, and had to be put to sleep, that company paid very little of the bill. Since receiving my new pup, I checked into all the other health insurance plans, and found that Pets Best was the one I would go with. I thankfully chose the right insurance company this time. My new pup became ill, First vomiting, then bleeding. After visiting the emergency vet hospital, and 2300 dollars later, PetsBest paid almost the entire bill. I am a new client to this company, I pay less per month with this company and they cover more

Pets Best is the BEST

Pets Best is the BEST! Our 9 1/2 yr.girl has recently come up with high liver and pancreatic numbers. Although ultrasounds and blood work have not been able to diagnose what's going on (including Cushings Disease) they processed my claim in less than a week and payment direct deposited to my bank account. They have been covering her since she was a puppy and have never refused to pay for what is covered under my policy and have done it professionally and quickly. Would never consider any other company. My sister immediately called them when she got a dog.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
