Pet’s Best IS the best!
When I was researching insurance for my new dog a few years ago I decided to choose Pet’s Best and am so glad I did! I thought the coverage options I could choose to carry that could include more than the average services and reimbursement % were really affordable.
When I had to use the insurance and needed to put in for a claim, I had to upload documentation to the company for reimbursement thru their app (which is awesome!) on my phone and found it to be a very easy process! The communication you receive from them lets you know what’s going on with your claim and where it stands from start to finish. You don’t have to remind yourself you need to look into it what’s going on which is so nice! I highly recommend Pet’s Best! This is my first time having pet insurance and I couldn’t be happier with this company!

Help in an emergency.
I have had pet insurance for my dog Oreo for more than 10 years and never used it. In 2024, I decided to switch my policy to Pets Best from my prior carrier because they kept massively raising my rates. Now that I am with Pets Best, my doggie suddenly had some cognitive issues followed by a seizure and a weekend in the doggie hospital. Pets Best covered everything and reimbursed exactly what I expected based on my policy. I keep insurance on Oreo specifically to help me out in the event of a major issue. Pets Best came through for me when I needed them! And my claim was processed and paid quicker than expected.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
