My Fcr Dog Lost 10# Over A 6 Wk P...

My FCR dog lost 10# over a 6 wk period with no other symptoms except some hair loss. My vet was very thorough with lab work and exam. Pets Best, as always reimbursed me the bulk of the charges (over $300) promptly and efficiently. I LOVE Pets Best! No problems found so she's on double amt. of food and re-check in a month. We did switch foods and that seems to be helping.

Best Pet Insurance Company

I have been using this company for 3 years. I recently searched other companies to insure a new Puppy. I was unable to find one that provides the kind of customer care that I have received from Pets Best. My older dog has a sensitive stomach and gets ill frequently. The ease of filing claims and the helpful customer service is the best there is. Their benefits and cost match most of the others. I am so glad my Pets and I are part of the Pets Best Family!

Pets Best - Always Great

I've had my Boxer insured through Pets Best since 2010, after they were recommended to me by my vet. Pets Best has always been fair, prompt and courteous in all my dealings with them. They carefully explain all the options to insure a pet, and they have worked with me to save me money, while maintaining a high level of coverage for my dog. Buster was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, and without the coverage he has, treatment would have been financially crippling. Their process for submitting a claim couldn't be easier. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very efficient. Although I need to review how much alternative medicine I am able to claim so was surprised that it was covered. But as always super efficient and timely :)

Pets best is just the best pet insurance.

They are so Nice and are just on it... they make it so easy for you.. we lost our dear pet last year they were awesome in the mist of our heart ache.. they took care of everything..

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
