It Was A Pretty Easy Process And ...

It was a pretty easy process and submitting it was nice and straight forward. I really enjoyed it. I was a little worried about submitting a claim since I am used to it being a pain to do but I am/will not dread submitting a claim to PetsBest. My puppy is now healthy and happy.

Ginger Is My Baby! I Got Her From...

Ginger is my baby! I got her from Operation Kindness when she was just 7 months old. She has been right by my side through my major illness and surgery. When she got acanthomatous ameloblastoma, at age 8, I was devastated. She has had to go through a partial maxillectomy, having two molars and part of her lip removed, and 18 treatments of radiation. With the success of this treatment, she should be able to reach her full life expectancy of a golden retriever. I wouldn't have been able to get treatment for Ginger if I hadn't purchased Pets Best insurance. I am grateful to you every day for the care to make my precious Ginger well!!!

Maxi'S Kidney Surgery Was Very Ex...

Maxi's kidney surgery was very expensive and scary. It was nice that PetsBest Insurance covered some of the costs up to the per pet maximum. Thank you.

Unfortunately, It Was A Positive ...

Unfortunately, it was a positive experience around a sad day. Our dog Speed had to be put down due to progressive skin cancer. We processed his final bills and received prompt response. However, I waited to cancel his insurance to ensure his bills were paid. Pet's Best upon receiving his final bills not only cancelled his insurance with appropriate refund, they also sent us prompt notes of condolence for our son Speed. It was much appreciate how they took care of us in our moment of sadness.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
