PetsBest is by far everything I hoped

PetsBest is by far everything I hoped they would be. Having them has been nothing but peace of mind my dog just had cataract surgery and they paid a good deal of it

I cancelled policy for two dogs after 4 years of only receiving a fraction of my vet bills.

You have performed exactly to the industry that will eventually be annihilated by your own greed. After spending more than $1200 a year for two small dogs for four years, I have received a total $ 270 in claims. So, you sit on your chair and make over $1200 per year by handling seven claims in a fast and dismissive manner. You have confirmed all complaints of your greed. I have, of course, cancelled my pets insurance. I have also make social media aware it is a rip-off.

Purchased Pets Best when we got our Golden Retriever pup 6 months ago. Have been extremely happy with their service and prompt claims reimbursement. Would definitely recommend Pets Best to my family and friends.

Pets best is the greatest. I have never had any problems getting quick responses and payment of my claims for Jacob. Helps me keep in healthy and Happy.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
