The process is easy and very fast.
I submitted a claim for an accident my dog had. The claim submission process is good but for me takes a bit of time to scan the bills and then add them to the claim form. The bill is submitted to me in paper form. Other than that The process is easy and very fast. I received my claim money within a week or so, with direct deposit to my account. I personally suggest to my friends to sign up with Pets Best.

Pets Best is the Best!
Pets Best is the Best! I have had many dogs and have never had insurance on them . Remington is my newest and I heard about Pets Best from a friend. Remi sustained a freak injury to his tail and needed a partial amputation right away while we were on vacation 0n Cape Cod. Although he has had a few set backs due to the healing process and being a very happy one year old it is very hard to keep his tail from wagging, he needed a revision of his tail amputation . The vet later sent me to a specialist to make sure he didn't need a third amputation Luckily for now things are looking great. Pets Best has sent me my reimbursements so quickly I was rather shocked. Wonderful to have piece of mind.
Last February my Tucker swallowed a toy and almost needed surgery. After that scare, I signed him up for Pet's Best Insurance. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to have the piece of mind that he will be covered if he gets sick or injured again.

Thankful to Pets Best.
We adore our pup Winston, he is truly a part of our family. We are so thankful to Pets Best for the security of knowing that every time we need to take him to the vet for an illness or injury, we don't have to think twice about choosing the best course of action to make sure he is back to his healthy active self. We know with the best care, he'll be running around like his good self again soon.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
