This claim was a hard one to s…

This claim was a hard one to submit as my darling boy Mooky had to be put to sleep at the end of his cancer diagnosis. I was absolutely dreading the finality of then having to cancel his policy after the reimbursement was received. You did that final piece for me and I was very grateful to not have to do it. I then received a condolence card from you. Thank you for making this process a lot easier than I expected it to be, thank you for caring.

App is a breeze

Using the Pets Best App was a breeze. Took our pup on Friday morning, sent my receipt an hour after, via the app. On Saturday, we have received a response that our claim was being processed the. after 2 business days, we have received our refund...easy peazy! Thank you Pets Best.

Worth it

I was told about Pets Best by my vet, who purchased it for his entire staff. It definitely gives me peace of mind, since its much easier for me to pay a monthly fee than to get randomly hit with a huge vet bill.

Could not be happier

My claim was filed by the veterinarian office. I was notified when Pets Best received the claim, when the claim was settled, and again when payment was sent. I initially didn't quite understand the way the initial claim was decided so I simply called the number provided by Pets Best and my inquiry was easily answered by a very knowledgeable, friendly agent. Unfortunately, I've already met my annual deductible with both my Sphynx this month. But Pets Best has taken the financial stress out of the situation. I absolutely could not be happier or more impressed with Pets Best and recommend it to all my friends with pets.

Blissfully easy

The claim process was blissfully easy. It's my first one with Pets Best. After the stress of having to take my dog to emergency surgery, I was relieved it was that quick and simple to file the claim and receive the deposit.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
