Hands down the best
Pets Best is hands down the best Pet Insurance I have had after a few different companies. Bronson split his nail in half, and I got to the vet, submitted my claim while checking out from the vet on my phone, and was reimbursed quickly!

Quick and easy
I took my pet in due to pain and was devastated when I was told he needed surgery to fix the issue. I submitted the claim and was sent an email within that day stating the claim was being processed. Within a week my claim was approved and then payment was sent shortly after that. I am very please with how quick and easy it was from start to finish! A+++++ great job!

Claim went well
I switched from Health Paws and was a bit concerned as this was my first claim on a rescue pup - all went well. Enzo is on the left and Norman is next to him - they are both covered by Pet's Best - the others are my daughters dogs.

All around great experience
I feel that the claims process for Pets Best is always easy. If I've ever had a question, using the chat feature is the most efficient way of getting questions answered quickly. Email communication is great, so I always know the status of my claim. All around great experience. Thanks!
Monthly Cost

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
