We recommend Pets Best
Our Pomeranian broke her front right leg and Pets Best processed and paid the claim with in two weeks of submitting. Then they processed the follow up claim with two weeks. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service that we have received from Pets Best. We recommend pets Best to everyone we talk to.

More than pays for itself
When I decided to add a fur baby to the family, I knew that pet health insurance was a must. I looked at many of the insurers and landed on Pets Best. I am certainly glad that I did. Pets Best has been wonderful. It is the best coverage and the easiest claims. Do yourself a favor and add pet wellness coverage, too. It more than pays for itself.

Lets me focus on my pup's well being
My dog Franklin has been through some out of the ordinary health issues early in life. He had a severe bacterial brain infection when he was only 4 months old. Pets Best allowed me to easily submit claims and focus on my pups well being, not on collecting money and wasting time on phones calls, etc. Thank you!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
