Pleased with reimbursement

Unfortunately my vet went from a $255.00 price to a $334.00! Last I was pleased with a reimbursement of $200.00 so with the price costing me more I did think it would be a greater reimbursement then $184.00.

Everything is easy

Everything is easy with Pets Best. I've had them for several years and have never been disappointed. Claims are serviced fast, vets are contacted if more info is needed. Any delay is explained promptly via email. Coverage is the best. I believe it's a few dollars more, but the coverage, the responsiveness, and the pleasant people in customer service all make it worth the extra pennies. Claims are simple to submit too. I haven't one negative word about Pets Best. I boast about them all the time and now have my vet recommending them. I have only high appreciation for Pets Best.

Fast,exceptional, and affordable

I’ve had pets best insurance for roughly 6 months. It’s affordable and the claims are really easy to submit. My poor pup had to have a surgery that was quite expensive. I submitted my claim after and was reimbursed within 2 weeks! Absolutely thrilled that my pup is feeling better and Pets best covered the majority of the bill! The best part is that it’s completely affordable! I’m not sure what I would have done without pets best!

Very happy with the service

I have had Pets Best every since I rescued Spooky. It’s been since 2009 or 2010. I am very happy with the service I have received, and given information to my brother and his wife for their fur baby. Hopefully they will be calling you soon.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
