Nice to know we have dependable insurance

We were concerned because our 1 year old Aussie was urinating when sleeping, so we had some test run which came back negative but was given antibiotics just in case. She is fine now, we send in out vet clam and with-in a week we had a reply and acceptance of the calm which went to the deductible but overall service and response time for the clam we are very happy with Pets Best insurance, hope we never need I but it's nice to know we have dependable insurance for our dog Shiba. Thank you Pets Best.

They came through when I needed them

Our claim was hassle free and reimbursement came in about two weeks. I am very pleased that I chose Pet's Best to help defray the high cost of vet care. They came through when I needed them.

Happy with the end result

Our dog was hit by a motor vehicle and had to go through an extensive surgery and recovery process. This claim was originally denied stating that it did not fall within the insurance policies parameters. We appealed the claim and had to obtain further clarification and justification from our Veterinarian as we were 100% sure that it was a mistake and that it did in fact fall under our current Pets Best insurance policy. It then took nearly the full 60 day appeal window and we then received the funds as expected. We're happy with the end result and feel that Pets Best made the overall right decision to help us out, thank you. We will be remaining a Pet's Best insurance policy holder to ensure our pets are well covered in the future.

It is so easy to file a claim

It is so easy to file a claim. My vet emails the invoice to me and I simply upload it to Pets Best. Then they notify me of the reimbursement and the money goes straight into my bank account. It couldn't me easier.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
