BE CAREFUL

be careful, do not take this insurance, they don’t pay anything they will find many reasons not to pay you, they will not give you a clear answer about the reason for the refusal

Covered medication ordered online

I purchased medication on allivet.com and they contacted my vet who filled the order and had it shipped to me. Once I received the medication I went on PetsBest.com and submitted a claim for my pet, the medication I purchased, the date of and the amount I paid. I then uploaded a copy of my receipt from Allivet and submitted the claim. Pets Best gave me a window date of when the claim would be in process then completed. Sorry I do not have specific dates.

I am so happy

I am so happy with how our Olive's claim was handled. It was so easy to upload the bill and payment information and check on the status through the app. I was happy to receive an email letting me know that they were working on our claim but it was taking longer than expected. Thank you for turning a very scary situation into one we did not have to worry about.

Quite impressed

Very pleased and quite impressed with the quick TAT of my claim payment. I even mailed the claim in and still was most impressed with a week TAT for receiving my payment.

Happy with our choice in insurance

My girl got her vaccinations, I took a picture of the receipt, uploaded it and all done. Efficient, easy and the payment was received without any delay. In earlier contacts with questions by phone I have been met by nice people who have answered my concerns and questions. I am overall very happy with our choice in insurance for our girl. I have recommended you guys to other people many times ;-)

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
