Reimbursement very quickly
I'm currently waiting for one claim to be processed but the first claim I filed was very easy and I felt I received the reimbursement very quickly.

Refreshingly seamless
I have been a customer for 2 years and I have never had a problem with communication, explanation or payments. It is so refreshing to have a company that has a seamless process. I don't have to spend my time following up, it is all taken care of and done well! I am very happy with Pets Best.

Easy to file the claim using the App
It was very easy to file the claim using the App. Every disbursement was explained and understood. I was notified of a delay due to high volume of claims but it was fine with me, very nice to get the notification and knowing it was being worked on.

Helps us afford care
Our beautiful Champion Newfoundland has issues with Allergies but THANKS to Pets Best Pet Health Insurance we are able to afford the BEST of Veterinary Care. From the looks of his physical appearance you'd never know of his medical condition. He receives lots of TLC and provides us with lots of "kisses" in return.

They are really simply the best
I have had nothing but great experiences with Pets Best. My chihuahua needed surgery on one knee, I thought somehow PetsBest would come up with some reason why they wouldn't cover the expense, but they did and I've got to say I was shocked at how easy they made everything. Shortly after the 1st surgery my dog needed the same surgery on the other knee, they not only covered that but there was a complication with the surgery (dog got an infection) and they covered the overnight stay in the emergency room at the vets. They will be my pet insurance company for as long as I have pets!!! They are simply the best.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
