Positive experiences
We have had positive experiences with Pets Best since day 1. We are SO thankful that they are covering our sweet girls breathing treatment medication, which is over $400 with no questions asked. This is a chronic issue for our dog, which means it will be lifelong and the reassurance we get that Pets Best is covering 90% of the out of pocket cost for us makes it easier to continue buying her medication.

Best Bang for your Buck!
I love the ease of setting up the customized plan I wanted! I was able to choose my deductible $100 my reimbursement of 90% and my Unlimited annual amout. To top it all off they accept CareCredit as a form of setting up monthly payments! This was just what I needed for my newly adopted kitty. It's great to say that Kakashi went from foster child to adopted and he needed his own preventive/accident health insurance. The low price of $55 a month can't be beat!

Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
