My service date was in February and I…over 6 weeks and still no payment?

My service date was in February and I have yet to receive a payment? They did send a explanation of payment which ended up being a tad more than half. While I’m dissappointed, something is better than nothing!

Very thankful to have Pets Best

I am so thankful to have pet insurance! My dog recently got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. She needed an emergency mri due to her brain becoming swollen and she lost the ability to move. If we had waited she would not have made it through the weekend. If it wasn't for Pets Best I'm not sure how I would have afforded the procedure. They've allowed me to save my best friend. They've been super easy to work with and reimbursements come in a timely fashion. I recommended them to anyone looking into getting insurance for their pet.

Could not be happier with the coverage…

Could not be happier with the coverage and service- well worth our investment! You never hope you need the Pet insurance and I learned the hard way with our last pet that passed to young. This time we were protected with Pets Besttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt ! Thank you

Awesome peace of mind!

We had a scare with our puppy who had eaten something and got a blockage. The bet needed bloodwork, x-rays, and a day of observation. Knowing I had Pets Best gave me some comfort. Filing my claim was quick and easy and reimbursement came in a timely manner.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
