My Golden Retriever, Kellie, Was ...

My Golden Retriever, Kellie, was not eating and acting very lethargic. My vet was not sure what was going on, but knew she was sick, so he did some tests on her. Pets Best paid for the tests and I am so happy to report that she is doing much better. Thank you, Pets Best!

New Puppy Visit

We went to our puppies first vet visit. The initial visit was $150. A vet coupon we had deducted $70 for the first visit and Pets Best covered another $75. All in all, we paid $5 for that first visit. No hassles, submitting the claim was done online. I took a picture of the bill and uploaded it to the Pets Best website. I was then reimbursed 2 days later via direct deposit. This was so easy and well worth it.

This Is The First Time I Took The...

This is the first time I took the time to submit invoices since I knew I was over the deductible. I was very please with the ease of process via the website and using the app on my phone. I am now more knowledgeable about my policy benefits and ease of uploading information to you.

I Was Sceptical At First About Pe...

I was sceptical at first about pet insurance in general but with the new puppy in our family and seeing how expensive vet visits can get, I decided to take a chance. I decided on Pets Best because you provided coverage for regular visits along with emergency care. I have been very impressed and pleased. The monthly deductible seems fair and the ease of submitting a claim was incredible. Then, direct deposit into my checking account was icing on the cake. I am very happy I went with Pets Best pet insurance. Keep up the good work.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
