Best Insurance for my Fur Babies
I can't say enough about how great Pets Best is! Having 3 medium/large sibling that loves to run and play. Accidents are prone to happen, and sure enough. Knowing that I have insurance for all 3, truly puts my mind at ease. In fact, I upgraded and included the wellness policy. The best decision I ever made was to adopt my 3 fur babies, 2nd best decision was to get Pets Best insurance for my babies. I've done my homework before making a decision on a company, and by far Pets Best offers the best deal! Reimbursement may at times be delayed, but knowing that I'll be getting it I don't worry. You can email updates and you can even check online.

Long processing time, but good overall
I experienced over a month in processing my claim, but when it was processed I found the explanation of benefits to be helpful and consistent with my expectations.

Best insurance at an affordable price and easy to process claims!
I started researching pet insurance companies after my dog had her front leg amputated. Pet's Best was friendly and answered all my questions about the different types of policies and they didn't need any prior records to sign my dog up. When I had to submit a few claims they were professional and helped me through the process. All claim refunds came back to me as direct deposit, which is so convenient. I would definitely recommend Pet's Best to all my friends and family.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
