Happy

I am very happy with Pets Best Insurance..I was able to speak with staff there to help me with the claims process as I am not computer savvy. My claim was handled very quickly and I am happy that I chose to get this ins for my Buddy.

Customer Service Unparalleled

Due to family loss, I was delayed in loading in my claims, but that didn't matter. They were so awesome to help me figure out how to input the claims and leave feedback to insure proper and prompt payment. And even if there is a delay of any sort, they notified me immediately and claims were applied and paid so quickly! Any time I have needed an explanation of something, customer service is unparalleled! Quick, efficient, kind and helpful! Several options for Pet Health Insurance, I'm so glad I chose Pet's Best! Makes a difficult situation better

It is difficult to have a sick pet but Pets Best insurance makes filing the claims very easy and processes them very quickly. They make a tough situation much easier. Highly recommend!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
