Even though the processing was a little…

Even though the processing was a little slow due to COVID the actual process was easy. I submitted my forms and right at 30 days I had received my reimbursement minus the deductible. Every little bit helps.

Timely process

I have written a review when I thought your organization was doing poorly. I will now say that I think that things are getting a little better. I had problems with getting my claim done on a timely basis. I hope things get even better as far as processing claims. I feel I pay my bill on time so I would like the same consideration.

We have two puppies and are very happy…

We have two puppies and are very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. We did research and realized that most insurance will not cover well visits. Pets Best is different. When you have a puppy for the first 5-6 months there are many checkup, necessary shots, and check ups to see how the pup is growing. This comes to a lot of money especially with two puppies. They have saved us money and they are quick to refund us what is covered.

4-dog travel advisor - I am a travel expert in Cape Girardeau Missouri and am lucky to be blessed with four dogs. I have never had any problems with Pets Best Insurance. I literally upload a picture of my bill on my phone app at check out and within a few weeks I have a detailed breakout and payment in my bank. They have live people on the help desk and the hold times. I use Doug Spooler at Farmers to write the policy so I get double extra service. #elitetravelexperts #carolynsworld #PetsbestRocks

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
