Do not use this insurance

Do not use this insurance. They upsell you only to not actually provide you any significant coverage. Waste of money waste of time. Scam.

All claims denied at the death of my Dog

My dig was 9 years old and suddenly became ill, he was txd for respiratory ifx by my vet, no improvement over 3 days, took him to an Emergency Vet where he received first diagnosis of Dilated Cardiomyopathy w/ CHF. We were dumstruck, he had displayed no sx of this diagnosis! He was in critical condition with no hope of survival so we went from a bad cold to putting him to sleep all within 7 days. We submitted our claims which totaled approx $3000 and received your explanation of no payment....$0.00 as this was a congenital diagnosis so it's not covered! And, you discontinued our coverage immediately! I wouldn't recommend you if you were the only insurance out there, you customer service is non-existent and your callous indifference is appalling. I will never use you again and recommend no one else.

not knowing in advance how pet chips…

not knowing in advance how pet chips work, I was put on this site to call and get my new 5 yr old dog recorded. Guess what - my dog's chip was already in the national database. These people never verified the phone number with the original phone numbers about the dog. The original owner was known to me, and he was upset that he did not get a phone alert from this company nor from the vet facility I took the dog to. no one Called the original owner. Shame on all of them. This is a fake industry, super fake. good luck finding trust.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Signed up for insurance and received it on 01/01/26. Took my cat in for an endoscopy on 01/05/26 because he had been vomiting for almost a week. Pet Partners tells me they won't cover it because he started exhibiting symptoms 12/31/25. Incredibly scummy move. I wish this company nothing but the worst.
