Excellent Customer Service
We’ve only had the policy for a little over a month but we’ve already had a lot of vet visits with our new puppy and the claims process has been super easy! Claims are reviewed quickly and we receive refunds within a couple of days. Very happy with the service thus far.

Nation Wide is a caring and responsive company with great and informed representatives!
We have had many pets and this is the first time we ever bought pet insurance...we didn't know it existed until a friend told us! The policy options are very easy to view and understand. Any questions are politely and immediately answered by the wonderful Nationwide Representatives. Every person I have spoken to on the phone is caring and responsive. They make me feel like they really care about my Chuy's health and well being. I am also impressed on how easy claims are to submit and the reimbursement comes very quickly!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
