The reason I didn’t give a five is the application process
The reason I didn’t give a five is the process for applying online is cumbersome and I had to start over twice because it wouldn’t input my information or allow extra explanation for certain criteria that was necessary. This led to extra steps throughout the process that could’ve been accomplished with a newer site.

Great, as long as you don't need it
When choosing dog insurance be aware that these companies want your business as long as your pet is young and healthy. As they get older and you use the insurance more frequently to cover your pet's medical expenses, they will start denying claims and raise your premiums in order for you to cancel or they will flat out cancel your coverage.
