wonderful!
no surprises- coverages/reimbursements have been as expected. customer service was very nice and helpful when i was missing a check.
only improvement: claim submission and EOB review could be more user friendly. submission is relatively easy via VitusVet app, but would be nice to see it integrated with the Nationwide platform for easier record keeping and access.
