Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

As our pets get older, most medical issues are unexpected. With Nationwide, the worrying subsides knowing they are there to help with the Vet bills. Filing a claim is simple and responses are quick!

We have felt so much peace of mind to have Nationwide protecting our little Frenchie, Stitch. We have the highest level of coverage so that there is never a question on whether or not we can do what we need to do. Nationwide has always come through for us and quickly!

Submitting a claim is really easy, but it takes up to two days to show on the dashboard which can be a bit confusing. The wellness claims have paid within a few days, which is nice. I had an issue with a sick visit as it requested medical records when I had already send them - this delayed the process a few weeks and I had to call several times to follow up. I wasnt able to track in on the dashboard because it just stayed in the status of "medical records needed". When needing to call, the customer service has been excellent and really helpful. Also I appreciate the entire invoice is reimbursed, whether or not you had to pay the entire invoice a the visit.

Our Bella has had multiple urinary tract issues this year. The insurance has been a life saver literally for her.

This insurance is amazing. The full coverage we have for our dog is such a relief. Claims are easy to file and are completed timely.
