I've tried to reach out to someone two times and wasn't able to provide me in the right direction. After the final attempt, I came across someone who was knowledgeable and was able to give me the information I needed regarding my cancellation policy. I was glad Destinee was able to get the point and she said not to worry. Give this person a raise or something, she got me out of a headache. Thanks to her!
