Glad to have Nationwide Pet Ins.

Weve had Nationwide Pet Ins for many years and only wish we had them even years earlier. The claim submission process is easy and once the deductible is met we receive a check for most of the vet bill. I researched all of the pet insurance companies and no one can touch the coverage for the price for our 2 Boxers.

As promised—easy and fast

I always worry with insurance there will be a hassle if you file a claim. I shouldn’t have worried. We have full coverage and our dog’s appointment was covered, minus the expected deductible. His follow up teeth cleaning was covered for the amount expected too. We received money really fast!

Great insurance coverage, easy to file claims and great customer support.

So far anytime I need questions answered the representatives are very helpful. Claims are easy to file. The insurance covers a lot of things.

Reassuring to know i can always give elijah the care he needs...

Nationwide pet insurance gives me peace of mind that i can afford his vet care and if anything serious comes up i will be able to help him. i did not like having to decide whether or not i could afford something serious. nationwide has lifted that weight off my shoulders!!! they cover a lot at affordable pricing. they are also very quick to process submitted claims. i have been with them for over 10 yrs and am happily satisfied!!

PAWWWWMAZING!!

Smartest thing i ever did was get my little girl pet insurance. Her tummy can be so sensitive and expensive to fix! But Nationwide without fail has came through and quicker than anyone!! They really care! I was apprehensive about getting a pet because it can be costly but the love they give i couldnt not get one and thanks to Nationwide i can afford it!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
