Nationwide is always prompt when received a claim as well as sending payment. Very easy to file a claim

I’ve had Nationwide for tests but never had to really use it until this year when my dog got injured. It was sort of a mystery injury and the regular vet couldn’t figure out what what causing her to lose use of her back leg. Luckily I found an excellent rehab facility nearby and after months of rehab and continuing treatment she is doing so much better! But this rehab comes at a price, a BIG price, we’ve probably racked up thousands in bills lately, and Nationwide has covered it all! I wouldn’t have been able to take her to rehab without their continued help and support! Every interaction with customer service has been wonderful, the claims submission is a piece of cake, and they pay In a timely manner. I’ve had another big name pet insurance for my older dog and it was nothing short of a waste of money and a headache. I will continue to use Nationwide going forward for all of pets going forward. Now if only there was a human insurance equivalent :)

Pros: easy claim submission process and prompt reimbursement Cons: rate goes up every year, and at a higher and higher percentage

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since 2013 for my miniature dachshund, Bella. I rest easy knowing that she is covered in case of emergencies. Nationwide makes it easy to file a claim, and they are quick to process it. Not only that, but they make what is covered (and what is not) very clear, so that you are not left guessing. Anytime I have had to call in, I always get to a person quickly, which is hard to find these days! Thank you for being such a wonderful insurance provider for my baby.
