Great people, slow process
As with any company, the larger it becomes, the slower it becomes. When I would previously file a claim (i've been a customer for seven years) I would have my money in a week and a half, and that was when I was receiving paper checks. Now I am signed up for electronic payments, but it's taking almost the full thirty days to be processed. Given that amount and volume of my claims, that creates a real hardship for me, especially as I am unemployed.
Having said that, the people are really friendly and helpful. I've been trying to get my dogs to have the same coverage, and I keep missing the deadline, but everyone is really kind and helpful in answering all my questions. Sames goes for explaining the reimbursement of my claims. i always have a million and one questions, and i've never had someone who wasn't well informed about the processes and able to explain them to me!!
Please just process the claim quicker!!
