Prompt service on claims

Overall I am pleased with service. I like that I have the ability to submit claims from an app and overall claims are done in a prompt manner. The only complaint I would have is when first claim was put in, you have to give all medial information from various places. It would have been nice to know up front that this was needed.

Great Coverage; Great Service; Fair Rates

We became Nationwide clients about a year ago, through the benefits group of my employer. Because our pets are different ages and species, we ended up with four policies (five later) at three different rates and with different coverages. ALL claims have been handled promptly, with a clear explanation of what was and was not paid. Great company with great coverage; great service; fair rates.

Ear cleanings is not a form of grooming!!

I have 2 large breed dogs and ear infections are common. So, to prevent infection or treat infection, regular medicated cleanings are a must. I have been denied coverage for both dogs and am very disappointed. I would highly suggest you rethink your coverage for ear cleaning especially on dogs who are very susceptible of infection. Regular ear cleanings should be a part of the wellness coverage. I have submitted a request for both dogs, that after being denied that my claim go to your review committee. I have yet to ever receive a response. All I have received when I ask for a review, is the same claim results form sent again saying it's not covered. It doesn't even say, "we reviewed your claim again". I just received the same documentation that was originally sent to me. I am a new customer and am very disappointed.
