Nationwide Pet Insurance is the most caring and accomodating pet insurance hands, or should I say, paws down!

I have to say I was a bit skeptical about buying pet insurance. I did a lot of research before deciding on Nationwide. They offer the best customer service and have the most reasonable rates. Submitting claims could not be easier and Nationwide's quick response to those claims deserves an A+! I'm so happy to have my Rocky insured with the best pet insurance available - Nationwide!

Cannot be without this insirance

We purchased insurance when our dog was a puppy. Buster recently fell and tore both ACLs. We never anticipated this injury and required surgery, but am thankful beyond measure that we had the insurance. Nationwide pays claims promptly and even follows up to see how he is doing. Great company. I recommend the insurance to anyone I come across that has a dog or is thinking of getting a dog,

I am really happy with Nationwide Pet insurance.

Someone recommended Nationwide Pet insurance and I really am so happy to have it. The reimbursement process is very simple and quick. Everything is online so easy to track. Once or twice had to call customer service and they were helpful and easy to reach. Overall, I am thrilled to have Nationwide.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is Amazing!

I love Nationwide pet insurance! We signed up for this program as soon as we got our puppy Shadow and it has been an amazing experience. There's no better feeling than getting 90% of what you paid back after a hefty vet bill. We have had no issues with claims or communication with Nationwide and it has definitely made our experience as puppy-parents SO much easier! Customer for life!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
