Claim processing time
While I understand it can take a lot of time to process a claim. I wish the claims could be processed faster for economic reasons.

Always a pleasant experience
I used the VitusVet app to take pictures of my receipts and claim form and I was able to easily submit my claim. No fax machines or mailing in any forms. I then received an acknowledgement email from Nationwide and then received my reimbursement and explanation of benefits. The best part about Nationwide is that they always reimburse me accurately and I never have to question if I'm getting everything I should. I trust them so I just have to submit the receipt and I know they'll process it correctly.

such a comfort knowing I have help for costly vet bills
We have had a great experience with Nation Wide Insurance , having three dogs has been very costly in vet bills, and having this insurance has financially helped us greatly. Easy processing all our claims.

There is only one thing that I could suggest to improve your service and that is to process claims a little more promptly. It's not a big problem, just some constructive feedback.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
