Glad I bought Nationwide Insurance
I was skeptical at first, but have had no problems with Nationwide paying claims so far. Covered everything at the stated 90% after my deductible was met. I wanted coverage for illness/injury and also for breeding costs as my girls are show/performance dogs and I occasionally breed. So far very pleased with my decision.

Excellent service and have had no issues so far.
Unfortunately Mia, who was otherwise healthy until recently, experienced an upper respiratory infection and separately needed 2 teeth extracted. This was the first time I had used the insurance and was pleased with the response and follow up of the claim.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
