Claim Forms - Almost Perfect
We love Nationwide Insurance - they were really supportive and understanding with our last dog, who passed away with cancer. And they are great with our new pup :). Reasonable prices with lots of coverage options. It would be great if we could submit claim forms either online or by email - not everyone has access to a fax machine anymore.

Nationwide Is the number one pet insurance
I am glad I insured my fur babies with nationwide insurance they pay 90% of the bills after the 250 deductible which is great .. wish humans could have the same coverage....

Payout Limits

Exclusions
