Poor response time after submitting claims.
I have submitted claims and after two months have not received payment. There seems to be excuses to delay resolution of claims. Not very impressed or happy about the reasons for delay. I was told the had a large number of claims and could not adhere to the 30 day processing time. This is unacceptable. When premiums are due, the company expects to be paid promptly, so why should claims be delayed?
