Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

We have had Nationwide for insuring our pets health for several years now. The process of making a claim is very simple and convenient. I am grateful that the plan covers yearly health exams so I know we are staying on top of Apollos health. Thank you for making it easier to care for our pets!

The expenses with Angus' teeth and Duncan's back would have been crushing and probably resulted in euthanasia for Duncan without Nationwide. We're very grateful.

I have taken our cat, Guy, to the vet for his various ailments and never had any issues with filing insurance claims with Nationwide. Electronic reimbursement is also fast and convenient.

Purchasing Nationwide insurance for our two boxers was one of the smartest things I ever did. It is so wonderful to be able to go to the vet and to be able to tell them that you want everything done that needs to be done for your fur babies. Nationwide has covered everything we have submitted so far and our dogs have been able to have the very best of care. When Daisy was diagnosed with Tetanus we were devastated but we knew that we had insurance that would help us pay for the very best of care. The vet said that often owners have to put the dog down because they can't afford the treatments. Daisy is sitting by my side as I type this. She is doing great because, with Nationwide's help, we were able to give her the care she need to recover!

When I adopted Mona in September of 2018, she was too young for spaying, so I waited until December. Had my veterinarian of choice (she's a home care vet, I really like that for cats especially) take care of the spaying and a few other things (dental exam, a vaccination or two) and got over half the cost of everything reimbursed due to the wellness plan I puchased.
