Amazing!
Nationwide was amazing when we had to have ACL surgery on our mastiff at just 2 years old! Any questions, the customer service team was ready and able to handle it over the phone very quickly. The ease of sending in all of the claim forms for Venus was great and we received our claim check within 2 weeks! We have nationwide for all 4 of our dogs and it is well worth it!

Nationwide's claims adjusters will find the easiest way to save the company money and doesn't care about the pets or their owner
It's abundantly clear that your claims adjusters only care about saving money for Nationwide. Nationwide is a multi-million dollar company that teaches its employees to pinch pennies so that it can get away with providing its customers the least amount of money. Yet, when i call your customer services representatives claim that they are doing everything they can to give me back 1/3 of the cost of the vet appointment. I am so heartbroken and disappointed. I wish I had done more research seven years ago when I was looking for pet insurance.

Stress Free Pet Insurance
The best decision I made was get this pet insurance for my frenchie! Has been such a stress relief. Best part is being able to take him wherever I think he will be treated best. Love nationwide!

I am very happy we have this insurance. They have been very helpful and always there when we needed them to be.
Our chow chow has had valley fever now for awhile and you all have been awesome. I am so glad that we have pet insurance through you all. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
