Making a claim was easy; the customer service is Stellar!
I am very grateful that I invested in pet insurance. My Mercedes became unexpectedly sick with congestive heart failure. Nationwide paid my claim--even when I was referred to a second vet who required me to pay the same exam fee that I had just paid, again. Without this insurance, I could not have afforded the care my kitty needed and she would have died--probably by asphyxiation as I wouldn't have been able to stop the fluid from entering filling her lungs. I have made it a point to let both friends and family know how wonderful this insurance is. Peace of mind is wonderful.
