Prices are TOO HIGH
Well had this company for one year, prices were high but reasonable for services received now the prices have gone up over $800 for my dogs each not all three but each so that is an additional $2400 per year putting the insurance well over my ability to pay. I was told if a problem on of my pups had was "genetic" or born with it not from trauma it would be covered, not true, not one penny. Then if you can even read the fine print legalese wording maybe I should have known, but I didn't I stupidly believed the customer representative that told me the information.
They say if you make a referral and someone signs on you get a Amazon gift card. That is a lie, never got mine even though I followed up by phone and in writing.
Sad failure on Nationwide's part to raise prices so much that I can no longer insure my dogs with them. Since they did these I will not recommend nor use them for any of there services.
