Easy to make claim, not always great at answering questions
We had a question about coverage- clarity, if you will. Customer service just repeated the info that wasn’t clear. It’s like they were reading from a script and would not directly answer our question. Otherwise, we are happy with insurance.

Quick reimbursement
It was pretty easy and quick reimbursement. Always nice to know that you can visit to the vet and the expense wont be high after the deductible.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
