Everything was easy to read and…

Everything was easy to read and understand. I really loved “the create your own plan” motto, where you can customize what is important to you and your pet! It made it feel both personalized and important.

Website issues and features

- My personal information (email address) did not update. - The website is not very friendly. Building a coverage plan is very complicated, especially when trying to get identical coverage on a 2nd pet to our already covered 1st pet. - The only way I could get a cheaper price ("save money on a 2nd pet") was to go with lesser coverage for the second pet. When I tried to get the same coverage as the first pet the cost for the 2nd pet was more expensive and the 2nd pet is younger and smaller than the first pet (seems counter intuitive). - I couldn't find a way to add more or subtract coverage from one or the other pet once the application for the 2nd pet was accepted. - It took 4 times completing the information and clicking Submit before I received the acknowledgement email (at the old email address) that the 2nd pet application was accepted.
