First experience a success
My husband and I are so pleased with the whole process of filing a claim to receiving a reimbursement. The online tool and app are very user friendly and the email communication and txt message were very prompt in regards to keeping us informed along the way.

I only wish I had my dog’s insurance
My English bulldog Phoebe is the most active dog I have ever had—I think there’s a German short haired pointer trapped inside her body. Phoebe tore her cranial cruciate ligament. Surgery and rehab fees were over $4,000. She had previously had eye surgery for distichiasis, which was also costly. Nationwide has been wonderful. All the bills were promptly paid and there was no dispute over the billing. (I’m wondering if people who complain don’t realize that they need to submit the vet’s notes along with the bill). I recommend Nationwide to everyone, and my vet says she will be telling other clients about the great service I have received from Nationwide.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
