Very good about paying on claims!
My pet has had chronic pancreatitis and been on and off medicine for the last two years. The insurance has saved me a lot of money!

It puts us at ease knowing we have Nationwide pet insurance
Being first time dog owners has been challenging and at the same time the best 4 years of our lives. Nationwide has been the only pet insurance for our dog. Whenever we need advice, coverage & getting reimbursement, everything runs pretty smooth. It puts us at ease knowing we have a great insurance for our pet. I want to say Thanks to everyone that has helped us at Nationwide.

Very fast reimbursement
I have had my dog and Nationwide insurance for almost 3 years. We got our pup from a rescue and she was 1 1/2 years old at the time. Unfortunately she has had a lot of medical issues over that time including two expensive knee surgeries. Thanks to Nationwide I don't have to stress about the cost of her treatments. The coverage is the best and I get my money back very quickly. I have had no problems with the insurance and would recommend it to everyone.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
