Coverage as promised!
We’ve had Daisy covered now since January 2019 with Nationwide‘s Whole Pet with Wellness. After we met our deductible all claims submitted have been paid within 2 to 4 weeks. Their email communication and customer service at every step along the way from the initial application and enrollment process; to being approved; submitting claims; receiving notification of the process along the way; and finally the reimbursement is made easy through direct deposit. (One time set up through app or website.) An email comes in notifying that the claim has been approved and reimbursement made. All that’s left to do is click on the link and it’s transferred into your bank account.
The 24/7 vethelpline advice from veterinary professionals has also been a great resource and given us peace of mind without having to go to the vet and pay a consultation fee etc.
Overall 10 out of 10 so far!
