Pug Approved
My Ruby is a sweet 9 year old Pug. As with most pugs, you get hiccups every now and again. I love this insurance since it covers dental cleanings and the deductible is pretty easy to hit. My poor Ruby had a few teeth pulled on this last round and definitely don't plan to see the $700+ after a $300 teeth cleaning. I submitted the claim and received about $500 back. The system makes it pretty simple and much easier to understand than regular people coverage.

Wouldn't have it any other way
When our Bulldog adopted us 8 years ago who would ever thought she could have brought us this much happiness. We knew we needed to protect her and did our research into getting her health insurance. Nationwide was the best we found with the potential care she may need. With insurance as soon as there is a flair up we don't have to wait and see if it continues or worsens we know we can get her treatment asap. In many cases this having this security we have caught issues early on that were less costly than waiting until they manifested into something much worse. Nationwide works with and for us.

Pre-existing condition
I save dogs from being euthanized because previous owners cannot afford the medical care. I would love to see pet insurance cove pre-existing conditions. Example: I saved a dachshund that was going to be euthanized because her hind legs were paralyzed. I got her a wheelchair and trained the new forever parents how to care for a paralyzed dog. She is happy and loving life.

Exclusions
