I am a new customer and disappointed that I already have to dispute a claim.
My dog breed is not listed. I have 2 Alaskan Klee Kai's. I am so disappointed that I had to submit a review for my dog Tali. You are stating she had a pre-existing condition of Colitis because months prior she had diarrhea. Diarrhea can be cause by a variety of things. She was not diagnosed until after we were members. I am so sad that being new with Nationwide I am getting a view of how you handle customers.

Nationwide has removed stress from my Pet's care

Easy and supportive process
Nationwide makes it easy to submit claims and processes them in a timely manner. With a puppy who gets quite a few ear infections, I'm extremely grateful we have Nationwide to help support his health.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Exclusions
