Captain Ahab's last stand
as expected there was no activity on my 2 year account until the end, Captain got suddenly sick in October and even though we tried to fix him, he declined quickly and had to be euthanized in November. Submitting my claims was easy, I haven't had any customer service issues to even comment on. I have not yet been paid, but the process takes a few weeks, it isn't December as of this review.
