Website always down
The actual coverage is great. My only complaint is the website is always down for "maintenance". It's really inconvenient to always have to check back later.

Web site navigation to items covered and items excluded is difficult. Exclusion lists have sub pages that do not complete rendering and leave bottom half of page not accessible.
Coverage start date and underwriting review and late notifications in the process after purchase. Misleading.

All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
