Friendly, easy, fair
My first experience with nationwide was the telephone customer service rep(s). Both were very knowledgeable and very very personable. I could tell that they love animals. The claims process was easy, and very fair. Fairly quick I must say.
I had difficulty uploading my files onto your web service. After I entered my email address, I never got a code via email. I tried 8-10 times. Never happened. So I had to mail the claim in.
