Smooth sailing after a rough start.

It was a bit of a learning curve to figure out exactly what documentation was expected when filing a claim, but now that I have it figured out (and my vet knows how to fill out my receipts), filing my claims has been pain free.

Absolute fraud on your underwriters part

My little puppy had a scab on its tail, and your underwriter wrote a diagnosis of cellulitis that will carry with my dog for the rest of its life. Also a diagnosis for conjunctivitis, also assumed, and not verified. I am in the process of trying to get that reversed but they were not only rude to me they were rude to the vet and they’re trying to make up diagnosis that aren’t even true for my puppy. It’s absolute insurance fraud on your part. My puppy’s name is teddy, and our policy number is c2507485. I’m so upset by yourself service and assumed diagnoses by an inexperience underwriter. As soon as I get these diagnoses removed I will look for another agency. Terrible thing to do.

Easy and reliable

I had to take my dog to the vet for a lump and we didn't know what was wrong with her. The vet had to take trays and keep her for the day to evacuate her leg. It was a costly day but we were able to file an claim very easily and we were refunded much of the cost within 3-4 days. It was quick and easy to file the claim and receive our reimbursement.

Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
