Yoy have gotten better in relating to customers and in sending reimbursements
Several months ago I referred two friends to you and they said you were very curt with them I called you and the person I spoke with could have cared less about how potential customers were addressed. I had questions about my own dog and did not receive satisfactory information. I called recently and the person was a lot more considerate and would answer my questions. Also, reimbursements are coming a lot sooner. I hope you have changed your policies about dealing with referrals. During that period of time, I recommended another company that my cousin deals with and my two friends were very satisfied with them. I hope this does not happen again ,
